Preprinted PVC Cards
Plasco ID's traditional card printing services offer custom preprinted PVC cards for high-volume applications such as healthcare cards, bank cards, club membership cards, hotel key cards, loyalty cards  and many other types of card programs.

A preprinted PVC card is ideal for card programs that require a high volume of cards to be personalized (without a cardholder photograph)  in a short period of time.  Using a desktop card printer and a monochrome ribbon, you may personalize a preprinted PVC card with the cardholder's  name, card number or other text information within a matter of seconds.

Another reason to consider preprinted card stock is to ensure superior print quality for your ID cards. Many customers who have very detailed logos or minute graphics on their card template choose to have the majority of their ID card preprinted.  The preprinted card can then be personalized  using a desktop full color dye-sublimation card printer to add a cardholder photograph and any other dynamic cardholder information.

Our preprinting methods include lithography, hot stamping and screen printing.  The method used is based on the customer's requirements.  Preprinted cards require 4-5 weeks for delivery and require a minimum order of 5,000 cards.
